Our doggy day care service is currently based in Earlswood but we are expecting to change this to Walton-on-the-Hil in the near future. How long will you spend with my pet?

Dog walks are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes not including travel. For home pet comfort & care visits we commit to spend at least thirty minutes and will always overstay and never understay.

What if our pet is taken ill?
We have the health and well being of your pet first in mind and will always act in the best interest of you and your pet. If your pet does require veterinary attention, we will strictly follow any instruction you have given in the service agreement and the advice of your own veterinary surgeon. In the rare event of an emergency we will take appropriate action to reach the nearest suitable veterinary facility..

What if I have to cancel?

Sometimes things are going to get in the way. We do our best to be flexible and understanding and will rearrange as best we can to suit you and your pet. Please understand though that this is our business and all changes have impacts that we have to address. As in any business we do reserve the right to apply cancellation charges for short notice cancellations which we see as within 24 hours of commencement of the service booked.

How do I know if my pet will like you?

This is where the free initial meeting is useful for everyone to meet to assess if you and your pet are happy with us. Animals may take time to get used to someone new but that process comes all quicker when they know that their walker or carer is there to provide them with activities, exercise, stimulation, comfort, food and all the things they enjoy.

Where will my dog be walked?

Upon collection from your home, your dog will be walked in local parks and commons, and only in secure places with plenty of space for a good run.

Will my dog be walked on a lead?

Primarily this is your decision, if you would prefer your dog to stay on a lead. If you are happy for your dog to let off the lead, we will only do this after we have got to know your dog’s behaviour and feel confident they will respond to commands.

How secure will my keys be?

Camp K9 is happy to retain a set of your keys which is beneficial to you for regular bookings, emergency situations, called away unexpectedly, your own keys are lost or stolen, or you get locked out.

We have worked with a local security company so that we understand and work to the highest standards in making sure that your home is secure whether it be locking up after us or holding your keys in a safe manner. Keys will be held in a secure box and are not identifiable. Any details are held separately
